DYSLEXIA

Moira is a qualified dyslexia tutor working with primary school aged children.

What I Offer

One-to-one lessons for children who have dyslexia-type difficulties.

Generally speaking, each hour’s lesson is very structured with perhaps nine or ten activities designed to hold the child’s attention and make the lesson both enjoyable and educational. As well as pen and paper work there will also be some computer-based learning and usually a short educational game to finish.

I teach privately between 4.00pm and 5.30pm on Mondays to Thursdays.

Lesson Prices

Lessons cost £25 an hour and take place weekly at my home in Southampton. I ask that a set of lessons are paid for in advance. This can be done either half-termly or monthly. The first couple of lessons can be paid for individually to see if a working partnership can be achieved.
